BLEACHER BUDDIES INFORMATION SHEET

Bleacher Buddies are the most comfortable stadium/bleacher chairs available.

With a small adjustment to the legs, they will hook to both the stadium seats outside and the bleachers in the gym.

Your group could raise $16,000 net each and every year with Bleacher Buddies.  This of course depends on the aggressiveness and organizational skills of your group.  Fundraisers are only as good as those raising the funds.

Funds can be raised with Bleacher Buddies from two areas, user donations and advertising.

We suggest that you ask members of your group, parents, grandparent’s etc. to buy the use of a chair for the year.  Each year we will provide you with cards to sell for the use of Bleacher Buddies for the year’s activities. We suggest that you get a donation of  $100 to have a chair available for them at the major sporting events. If you have 100 chairs, which most schools could use, this generates $10,000.

As additional revenue, your group could sell advertising to be put in the vinyl pocket on the back of each chair.  We have found that charging an advertiser $100 per chair per year for the advertising is very reasonable.  You might give a break to advertisers that sponsor multiple chairs.  This additional revenue could be as much as $10,000.

Bleacher Buddies charges a usage fee for the chairs depending on the length of the contract.

Bleacher Buddies retains ownership of the chairs and will replace or repair anything that becomes damaged.

In summary, there is potential for your group to net $16,000 from this fundraising activity, as well as giving your spectators a great deal of comfort.
